...but I wouldn't know it by looking around here. Today we built an enormous snowman, the biggest I've ever built. And by we I mean my husband. I added the mouth, but that's about where my contribution ended. I was more busy keeping my toddlers on their feet.
Anyway, back to my original point. It's spring! To celebrate I'd like to share with you by offering a
free 5x5 or 5x7 with any print purchase
from my Etsy shop. And on top of that I just added a set of new prints that I really love. They have my favorite orangey yellows and orangey reds. Hope you like them too!
Oh the colors! That's what first drew me in to Cassia's stream. Colors like candy. And the nostalgia. Cassia seems to find the most wonderful subjects for her photographs and turn them into something truly special so that they seem to come from a different era. And the shoes! She has the best shoes. :) I'm happy to be inspired by her. CassiaBeck *Lola's Room *flickr * blog
She'saRainbow is the first book created by members of the Female Photographers of Etsy (fPOE). Featuring the work of 58 female photographers (myself included), the book is 256 pages long and arranged by chromatically, so each color blends into the next. It's gorgeous! Preview/purchase it here. Follow our blog here. I just realized we're more than halfway through our collaboration. I will miss it when it's done, but it has been getting more difficult to come up with subject matter. I'd love to hear your suggestions for future weeks!
Yesterday was my birthday. I had a great time celebrating with my family, stuffing my face with yummy cake, getting some photography goodies and other goodies, and just being happy to be around another year.
I want to celebrate with all of you by doing a giveaway! Up for grabs is an 8x8 or 8x10 print of your choice. There are a few different ways you can enter; each will give you another chance to win:
Leave me a comment here on my blog (sorry, Facebook comments will not count) telling me which is your favorite print from my shop.
